Any domain pro knows your not no way no how going to hit 20% ctr. The old saying goes, May have been born at night but not last night. Maybe with you doing the clicking.

I have seen genuine 20%ish ctr before but it requires much better ad placement (and methods no longer permitted by adsense terms).

I still can't believe a name like that can get 20% ctr. I'm hitting $7-12k per month and my CTR is only around .4% that's less than half of one percent. If it were 20% I'd be making making the jack.
Sounds like that person just needs more visitors.

Although I see many people get very low ctr I do see that people are getting these percentages and much higher. Maybe I need higher quality traffic.
