A domain is worth as much as somebody is willing to pay for it. I would suggest asking them to make an offer and go from there.

Although a new domain extension the .mobi are attracting some high prices:

Flowers.mobi - $200,000
Fun.mobi - $100,000
FantasyBaseball.mobi - $6,250

Note that the higher prices are for one word domains, gps.mobi or singapore.mobi would be worth alot more.

Personally I think they are each worth $xxx - $x,xxx but it depends on the buyer.
