Want some advice on setting up a newsletter, but there seems to be about a million companies offering both scripts and services.

Has anyone got any recommendations or tips on who to go with, and should I go for script or service based

It will be quite a small newsletter... I dont expect more than 1k registrations in first year, but would like the scope their to expand should I need to without too much hassle.

My budget is upto $100 for a script, or $10 p/m for service (one or the other, cant afford both if service provider has setup fees).
